Minnesota author Allen Eskens will speak at New Ulm Public Library on Thursday, November 16 at 6 p.m. Eskens will discuss novel writing and working with an established publisher as part of the library’s celebration of National Novel Writing Month. Eskens is the bestselling author of The Life We Bury, which has been published in 20 languages and is being developed for a feature film. His latest novel, The Deep Dark Descending, centers on a homicide detective who must come to terms with his wife’s murder while pursuing her killers.
