Chair + Pole Fusion

Learn chair dance, learn pole dance, then put them together to have your cake and eat it too! Get your workout on and have fun with this hybrid class. You’ll have the opportunity to climb, spin, and learn foundational movement in a supportive and fun environment in this 6 week course. All body types are welcome! This is a beginner course with no prior experience necessary.
What to wear:
Tank top and short shorts. Skin is required to stick to the pole.
Comfortable layers are encouraged for warm up and cool down. No shoes for this course. Bare feet only.
About the instructor:
Amy specializes in pole and chair dance fitness and has been teaching for 5 years. She is a certified pole instructor through PoleMoves. Her certification is recognized by ACE, AFAA, and PAF. She is also a qualified POLEates teacher through Pole Art Athletics.
