Fund-raiser that celebrates MN Meats, Beers, and Wines
Arrive at 6pm and rotate through different stations* to experience:
- Meat samples: pork, beef, turkey, and lamb from local restaurants
- Beer and wine samples from MN brewers and vintners
- UMN Meat Science experts cutting down pork and beef
- First-hand knowledge from farmers
*The more stations you visit, the better chance you have to take home fresh cuts of pork or beef as a door-prize at the end of the night, so bring a cooler!
