Learn the foundations of pole dance fitness in this fun, strength building curriculum. Have no fear, no super human strength is required. That’s why you go to pole class! Anyone can start where they’re at, and we’ll work with you, your body type, and goals.
What to wear:
Tank top and shorts with layers for warm up/cool down
$90 for the session of 6 classes or $20 to drop in to individual classes
