Conflict is commonly coined as negative, but it doesn’t have to be. In reality, without conflict, it is not possible to build trust, build cohesion, hold team members accountable or solve problems. This workshop will explore how conflict can activate team engagement and invigorate your organization.

About the Presenter
Mary Kay Delvo is a speaker, business coach, and strategist with INspiring SIGHT who has been helping individuals and organizations navigate complex systems for 25 years. Her experience spans social services, county and state government, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofits, associations, agriculture, and community engagement. She draws from these multi-sector perspectives to challenge others to consider new perspectives so they can access relevant solutions.

Mary Kay has extensive experience working with boards, member associations, strategic planning, operational planning, and engagement. She received her Master of Liberal Studies from the University of Minnesota, emphasizing leadership, psychology, and spirituality; professional life coach certification from Learning Journeys Center for Coaching; and her B.A, public relations, B.S, social work, both from the University of North Dakota.

Mary Kay serves on the Fridley school board (2nd term), the International Coaching Federation-Minnesota, the Northeast Metro 916 school board, and the Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation board.
